The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

You can cancel any Kinky.ie order within 7 days for a full refund. If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods then a full refund will be given minus any charges incurred by us for billing your card and then refunding your card. If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct €5.95 or £3.95 from your refund in order to over the cost of shipping (regardless of whether you received free shipping). Where goods have been dispatched, no refund can be given until you have returned the goods to us at your expense and we have received them (we recommend you obtain proof of posting or use registered post).

Where you are returning goods to us under European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you must ensure the goods are returned to us unused and unopened and in the same condition as you received them, i.e. packaging, labels, security seals etc in tact. If an item returned to us is found to be not in the pristine condition we sent it in, then health and hygiene restricts us from offering a refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, we will cover the cost of you returning it to us.

Before returning an item operated by batteries that you suspect is defective, we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with the correct electrical points.

Defective items should be returned in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Please thoroughly clean all defective products before returning.

Where returning a defective product, please enclose a covering note with a full description of the fault.

All products returned to us on the grounds that they are defective are fully tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.
